Five cases were investigated in this study. The names of art projects are “IZUMIWAKUproject”,”ASIAS”, "The town like an art museum”, “Bigmushrooms andfireflies" , and "Art project of Kakogawa municipal Yamatejunior high school”.Thestudy revealed three methods,clarified by five undertakencase studies: Opening of aproject, Sharing of a project, and "Development of a project.The above mentioned mechanisms consist of cooperation,collaboration, and continuity. Expression and communication rely on collaboration.},
