| 内容記述 | 本研究では、医療・健康サービスを提供し健康情報を管理するPersonal Health Record（PHR／パーソナルヘルスレコード／個人健康記録）システムにおけるウェブデザイン構築について、グランドデザインおよびGraphical User Interface (GUI) デザインガイドラインを策定し、それに基づき基本画面構成と、アニメーションの制作を行った。 様々な情報漏洩が取りざたされる昨今、安心して外部データベースにプライバシーを預けられないという利用者心理が、日本国内においてパーソナルヘルスレコードの普及が進んでいない原因に挙げられる。情報管理の安全性とシステムの有効性について利用者の理解を高め、情報としての価値意識とパーソナルヘルスレコードリテラシーの向上を目的にグランドデザインガイドラインを策定した。 また「健康状態の可視化」というパーソナルヘルスレコードの目的の一つを効果的にウェブ上に表現することで、健康への意識を高め、誰もがより良い健康・医療サービスを享受できる、電子的記録及び意思決定支援システムと認知できるように制作した。 具体的には、①PHR の現状調査、②健康情報とセキュリティに関するアンケート調査、③グランドデザインガイドライン策定、④GUI 作成を行い、以下の知見を得た。 |

| 内容記述 | In this research, it decided upon the Grand Design and a GUI design guideline about the web design construction of a personal health record system, which provides medical treatment and healthy service and manages health information. Basic screen composition and animation were made based on it. In recent years, various leaks of information caused some problems; the user feels uneasy to deposit personal information with an external database. It is mentioned to the cause by which the spread of the personal health records in Japan is not progressing. It is the purpose of guideline that a user understands correctly the safety of information control, the validity of a system, and raising the literacy to a personal health record. Moreover, the special feature of the personal health record that "visualization of health condition" can be performed is effectively expressed on a web. Concretely, the following four points were performed. 1. Current Situation Survey of PHR 2. Questionnaire about Health Information and security 3. Determination of Grand Design Guideline 4. Design of GUI |
